Program Details:

  • The duration of the program is vary, depend on the weight lost/gain goal
    • <5 kg is adviced to take 1 month program
    • 5 – 10 kg: 3 months
    • 10-20 kg: 6 months
    • > 20 kg: 1 year
  • Each month consists of 4 online session (@ 30 minutes)
  • You can choose our consultants based on their capabilities
